 Shelley began her journey in bodywork in 1997 after graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. In 2010, Windswept emerged from her extensive experience in corporate, clinical, and spa settings. With diverse expertise, Shelley specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release, cupping, and trigger point massage to alleviate muscular pain and dysfunction. Holding certifications in 200 hours of yoga training and as a licensed esthetician, she is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy bodies and confident skin. In 2023, Shelley attended the Integrative Health Coach certification through Duke Health, bringing a holistic approach to wellness. She crafts personalized strategies, incorporating her knowledge of human physiology and nutrition, to empower individuals in establishing a balanced and sustainable approach to overall well-being. Shelley is committed to providing empathetic support, helping clients overcome obstacles on their wellness journey, and delivering evidence-based guidance for lasting and meaningful results.

Mary has had a profound interest in therapeutic massage healing for over two decades, with her passion leading her to attend the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville. She graduated in 2003 with distinguished specialties in Swedish, Myofascial release, and Deep tissue massage therapy. With an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care, Mary combines her natural intuition and healing touch to create tailored sessions that promote ultimate relaxation, rejuvenation, and well-being for each client she serves at Windswept Spa.

 Graduated from Salem Teikyo University with a double major bachelor’s in Athletic Training and Public Community Health. Developing a passion for the therapeutic and rehabilitative benefits of massage, she pursued massage therapy school. In addition to massage, Stephanie has worked for a chiropractor and was an instructor for classes such as anatomy and physiology.  Stephanie is North Carolina State licensed, Nationally Board Certified, and has been practicing massage for over 20 years. “I enjoy integrating my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, sports medicine, and diverse modalities of massage therapy into each and every session.”

As a Cayce-Reilly School of Massage graduate, I am passionate about providing exceptional bodywork that integrates various techniques tailored to each client's needs. My approach includes Cayce-Reilly, Gastro massage, deep tissue, Myofascial release, light stretching, Lomi Lomi, trigger point therapy, reflexology, hot stone massage, hydrotherapy, and prenatal and postpartum massage. Debbie Godwin, a native of the Outer Banks graduated from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics in 1989. She has 32 years of experience within the clinical and spa settings. Her specializations include: facial mapping, lymphatic massage (face, neck and décolletage), and foot reflexology. Debbie loves for her clients to feel relaxed along with their skin feeling refreshed and renewed.
